about us
We are a community of researchers focused on biomaterials for healthcare. Since 1984, we have been working to:
- strengthen links between public research and the industrial and medical sectors;
- explore opportunities for economic development, from scaling up production through to the clinical application of biomaterials (biocompatible, implantable) and materials derived from tissue engineering;
- promote and coordinate initiatives to support this development, including proposing measures to the public authorities.
Bringing the research community together
Organised into two offices (researchers and early-career researchers), the association works to foster the French research network by organising seminars, conferences, summer schools and monthly webinars.
